Menstruation/Period survey

Closes 30 Jul 2022

Opened 3 May 2022

Overview

The City Mayor has pledged to provide free sanitary products in council buildings.

We would like to hear your views and experiences of menstruation so that we can better understand the issue in the city and create a better service that will support those who need it most.

As well as this survey we are running a three month pilot in 12 Children’s Families and Young People Centres (CFYPC) and two Youth Clubs in the city.

During this pilot, sanitary products will be available in the toilets at these buildings and replenished daily and people will be able to leave anonymised comments if they want to when they take the products.
