UAVA Stakeholder Survey2

Closed 15 Apr 2017

Opened 13 Mar 2017

Overview

In 2015, the Council changed how we commissioned domestic and sexual violence support services.

All services are now delivered by UAVA (United Against Violence & Abuse), which is a consortium of three established local support providers:

Living Without Abuse (LWA)

Women's Aid Leicester & Leicestershire (WALL)

Freeva

We are seeking feedback on the Information & Support Service, funded by Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Rutland County Council and the Police & Crime Commissioner, which delivers support across the region.

The information and support service is for anyone aged 13 and over, affected by domestic or sexual violence. This includes the main helpline service, one-to-one support, group work, independent domestic violence advisors, independent sexual violence advisors and counselling services for victims. This service is delivered by the whole consortium.

Why your views matter

As part of our monitoring of this service, we want to hear your views. We have developed a short survey that should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Please mark the answer which most reflects your views.

You can also give more detailed comments and there is a general comments box at the end of the survey.

We will use your responses in our monitoring feedback to the services, and more generally to help shape any services we may commission in the future.

Information will be anonymous and treated confidentially. Please note that we will not be able to take action relating to any specific cases you mention, unless you give us appropriate contact details.
