This Order applies to all enclosed play areas, ball courts, tennis courts and recreation areas listed in the Order, as well as cemeteries within the administrative area of Leicester City Council.

Anyone in charge of a dog will be guilty of an offence if they take the dog onto, or permit the dog to enter or to remain on, any land covered by the Order.

This does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse for doing so, or if the owner, occupier or other person or authority having control of this land has consented (generally or specifically) to them doing so.
