Council estates satisfaction survey

Overview

Leicester City Council owns 20,830 properties across the city. This includes council houses, flats, maisonettes and bungalows (this accounts for one in six homes in Leicester).

In order to ensure these properties are managed and maintained properly, we regularly review services for current tenants, and also look at how we plan future services and improvements for council homes and our housing estates.

We would like to hear your views on how we can improve these services:

  • Rent collection
  • Dealing with reports of anti-social behaviour
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Dealing with tenancy issues
  • Re-letting vacant properties
  • Leaseholder services
  • Environmental partnership work.
