Parks and open spaces byelaws

Overview

Leicester City Council carried out a consultation on proposed changes to park and open spaces byelaws in October / November 2018.

Responses were analysed and a decision was made to implement the proposed changes as there were no overwhelming objections or identification of needs.

The Secretary of State has given leave for the proposed byelaw to be progressed, and this consultation provides members of the public with the opportunity to comment in the final proposed byelaws before they are implemented.

All comments must be submitted within 28 days of the public notice being made available.
