Proposal to merge Elmbrook School and Leicester Partnership School

Overview

The Council are proposing bringing together Elmbrook Primary School and Leicester Partnership School into one combined school with aligned leadership, governance and resources through the creation of one management committee (whilst continuing to operate across two sites).

We welcome your views on this proposal. Before completing this consultation, please review attached supporting information which provides further details.

This consultation will be in place from Monday 26 January until Monday 2 March 2026.

A briefing session, led by Local Authority representatives, will take place on Wednesday 27 January 2026 at 4.30pm via MS teams - online – link to join Microsoft teams. Anyone can join this session however due to the limited time questions must be submitted prior by completing the MS form.
