Recycling Centres

Overview

Leicester City Council needs to ensure that our recycling centres at Freemen’s Common and Gypsum Close are fit-for-purpose and able to meet the needs of our residents, including coping with housing and population growth.

With this in mind, we are gathering information about how people use our recycling centres and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking your views about your experience of using our recycling centres, including:

• Whether you use the Leicester city recycling centres
• Which recycling centre(s) you use, how far you travel to use them, how often you use them, and how satisfied you are with the service
• The range of materials accepted
• Reuse shops at recycling centres
• Other related council services or activities

What happens next

The results of this survey will be analysed and published in Spring 2021.
