Tenancy agreement consultation

Overview

Leicester City Council are proposing to update the current Conditions of Tenancy. This is to ensure we can manage tenancies and estates effectively and to consider changes in legislation.

Proposed changes also include the format and look of the agreement, changes and updates to tenant responsibilities, and strengthening clauses relating to anti-social behaviour and fire safety.
