Free group walks survey
Overview
The Leicester Walking Project provides free short group walks in Leicester to help promote an active lifestyle and for people to familiarise themselves with varied walking routes in the city.
Our walks are led and accompanied by friendly volunteers, last no longer than one hour and take in both city streets and green spaces. Walks run weekly, for a period of six weeks.
We aim to put on local group walks in areas of demand, so participants can explore their local area. If you are interested in a series of walks near you, please register your interest by clicking the link below. It should only take a couple of minutes to fill in the registration form.
If you are able to gather interest from other members of your local community too this would also help. This information will help us to provide group walks at locations and times which are most popular, and help us tailor walks to the needs of the local community.
