We are seeking comments on proposals to amend the council's tenancy agreement with tenants and leasholders connected to the city's district heating network.
The proposed amends involve the installation of meters to properties using district heating to ensure tenants and leaseholders only pay for the fuel they use, rather than paying a fixed cost regardless of how much fuel is used (as is currently the case).
