Overview

This form is to gather data on holiday childcare offered by PVIs and maintained schools in the city and will be used to inform the national publication.

The definition of holiday childcare (or holiday club) is any Ofsted registered provision for school-aged children which is open in the school holidays where parents can leave their child, including play schemes.

This is holiday care only and the data collected does not include your day-to-day childcare offer.
