Overview

Leicester City Council is consulting on its Elective Home Education Policy and we would like to involve families who choose to educate their child/children at home in this process by seeking your views.

 

Why your views matter

The Elective Home Education Policy provides guidance for the local authority and for families choosing to educate their child/children at home.  The policy is reviewed regularly.

In the interests of fostering better working relationships with families who choose Elective Home Education, we are seeking your views on our current policy.

There are 2 questions that you might like to respond to.  We are keen to hear your views on how we might improve the policy and move forward together.

We hope as many home educators in Leicester City as possible will respond to this invitation and would encourage participation.
