Knighton Village Conservation Area review

Overview

Leicester City Council would like to hear your views on our draft character appraisal and management plan for the Knighton Village conservation area.

We've proposed to increase the size of the conservation area to include properties to the north and west of the existing boundary. It is also proposed to introduce stricter planning controls within the area through the introduction of an Article 4 Direction.

A drop-in event will take place on Thursday 25 January 2024 from 5pm until 8pm at the Knighton Victoria Bowls Club on Church Lane. City council representatives will be available to answer any questions in person and there will be a more formal presentation at 6pm.
