Community Opportunity Services

Overview

Leicester City Council runs a number of community opportunities / day care / short break services for adults aged 18 and over.

We would like to hear your views and experiences of using these services, to help us to review and improve the services we currently offer.

Please be reassured that helping us by sharing information about your experience will NOT have a negative effect on your service, benefits or relationship with us. Our aim is to learn from you and improve the services we provide to both yourself and others.

The information that you choose to share with us in this survey will be stored securely and kept confidential. You do not have to complete this survey, if you do not wish to.

Please note that we will use the term 'community opportunities' in this survey to mean community opportunities, day care and short break services.
