Overview

Leicester City Council is currently reviewing how it operates taxi services for vulnerable adults and children. As part of this process, we will be holding virtual online meetings (via Microsoft Teams) to discuss proposed plans and present information about future taxi contracts. This includes key changes such as the use of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) and quality assurance expectations.

We would like to meet with taxi providers to talk through these plans and what else could be improved so that we can continue to provide the support and service to some of our most vulnerable residents. You are therefore invited to attend one of these sessions. There will also be an opportunity to submit questions at each of these meetings.

The sessions are limited to two people from each company (where applicable).
