Have your say on helping people to lead better lives

At Leicester City Council, we want everyone with care and support needs to be able to live the life they want to live, doing what is important to them, in good homes and in caring communities.

But we know that, to do this, they need more than adult social care and support.

We want to understand if there are better ways of providing advice and support. And we think that improving information and access to services will help us make a difference to people’s lives.

This survey gives people and organisations an opportunity to tell us how council teams – from housing to sports services, transport to parks – can work together to help people to lead better lives.

And we hope people will share their experiences of getting advice and support, while organisations will tell us about their experiences of providing it.  

We have an opportunity to think creatively and potentially do things differently – and this is your chance to give us your thoughts, ideas and suggestions.
