Repton Street development

Overview

Located next to the River Soar, between Fosse Road North and Frog Island, Repton Street is currently a vacant unoccupied site with potential for development as part of the larger scheme to develop the Waterside area of Leicester city centre.

We would like to hear from anyone who may be affected by potential development of this site and any stakeholders who may wish to raise issues / offer comments on the proposed development (for example, how the project might impact businesses, homes, wildlife, historic buildings etc).
