We emailed everybody that responded to the first consultation and had asked for updates. We also circulated the document around partners and put information on our website.
There were four responses. Three were happy for the strategy to remain as it was, one was partly happy but has a concern about cycling and this issue was addressed informally and there was one against but this was to do with text errors rather than strategy content and was about the research documents rather than the strategy.
This meant we were happy to leave the strategy as it was and the strategy went to the executive for approval, to be made publicly available from March 2015.

Overview
Between 7 August and 12 October 2014, we consulted on our draft local flood risk management strategy.
This involved an online survey, presentations and displays in the community, and some attendance at major events to raise awareness of flooding issues.
Why your views matter
Once we received your feedback, we amended our strategy in line with your comments and suggestions.
We now need to know whether we got it right.
What happens next
We need you to tell us that you are happy the new strategy has included your comments.
I you are not happy, please tell us what needs to be changed.
