IDVS Service User Survey 2014

Closed 31 Mar 2014

Opened 18 Feb 2014

Overview

As you may know, Leicester City Council funds the following specialist domestic violence services:

A Family Service for children and young people aged 0-19 and their parents and carers, delivered by Living Without Abuse (LWA)

A Safe Accommodation Service delivering emergency accommodation, sanctuary interventions and general housing advice, delivered by East Midlands Housing (SAFE Homes)

A Victim-Survivor Project including IDVA, Outreach and Helpline activities, delivered by East Midlands Housing (the SAFE Project)

A Perpetrator Interventions Service, for those motivated to change, delivered by FreeVA in partnership with Respect (Jenkins Centre)

As part of our monitoring of these services, we want to hear your views on them. We have developed a short survey that should only take 5-10 minutes to complete as a way to do this. Please mark the answer that most reflects your views at this time. We would also really like to receive more detailed comments if you have the time, and so there is a general comment box at the end.

We will use your responses in our monitoring feedback to the services, and more generally to help shape any services we may commission in the future. Information will be anonymous and will be treated confidentially. This does mean that we will not be able take action relating to specific cases (if you mention them), unless you give us appropriate contact details.

To thank you for your time, we are offering a £10 high street voucher to two survey respondents, who will be randomly selected when the survey closes. To take part in this, we will need you to leave some contact details, which can be done separately on the prize draw link. This way, your contact information will remain separate from the main survey.

Thank you
