We are asking kinship carers in Leicester, to share their experiences so we can understand what support is really like in practice.

What is a kinship carer?

They are friends or family who step up to raise a child when their parents aren’t able to, including those with a legal order like a special guardianship order, as well as those caring informally without any legal order.
