The council declared a climate emergency in 2019 and launched our first action plan in 2020. You can find out more about the actions and achievements from our first plan in our October 2023 report: Climate Emergency Action Plan 2020-2023 - Achievements.
Our new action plan will cover the period 2023-2028.
You don’t need to have read the draft action plan to complete either of our two questionnaires, however, there are opportunities in the longer survey to comment on the detail of the action plan if you wish to.
